摘 要:采用症状目评量表(SCL-90)及自编心理卫生调查表,对城市学生631名及农村学生424名进行了调查。发现至少有23.6%的中学生存在明显的心理问题,学生心理问题的主要特征为强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁、偏执、敌对性等。SCL-90得分为农村学生高于城市学生,高中学生高于初中学生,这提示农村中学生及高中学生的心理问题较明显。因素分析揭示影响中学生心理健康的主要因素有个人危险行为史、家庭影响、躯体壮况、年级、人际关系、性问题、自我评价、住址等。Mental health status was investigated in 632 urban students and 424 rural students using SCL- 90 and compiling psychic health background table. The results indicated that at least 23.6% of them relatively serious problems in psychology, such as obsession, sensitivity of people's relation, depression, paranoia, anxiety and hostility. Scores in SCL-90 for niral students were higher than for urban students. The scores for senior middle school students were higher than for junior middle school students. It was revealed that students in rural area and in senior middle schools had more problems in psychology. Multiple factor analysis showed that factors that were thought to influence mental health included history of positive individual risk behavior, family influences, physical conditions, grade, bad relations with others, sexual problems, poor self-assessment ability and address and so on.
