摘　　要：著作权制度的建立是为了保证著作权人的正当利益的实现。以网页的特殊性为出发点,针对网络行为主体之间关系的复杂性和网络行为本身涉及范围的广泛性对现有著作权制度造成影响,并结合实践具体的网页著作权侵权行为和发达国家针对相关方面问题所作的尝试,对我国网页著作权保护方面的问题及其解决进行探讨。Regulation of copyright is build for it＇s owner＇s interest.
