摘　　要：本文在对国内外民营养老机构现状进行了深入分析的基础上,对我国民营养老机构面临的问题进行了分析研究,并提出对应的解决措施和我国民营养老机构的发展前景。This thesis centres on finding a way for private Chinese enterprises for the aged to solve the existing problems on various aspects and to achieve good economic benefits and social effect. Based on a thorough analysis of private enterprises for the aged at home and abroad, this writer makes a comprehensive study of the existing problems in private Chinese enterprises for the aged, puts forward their corresponding and also makes clear the prospects of these enterprises.
