摘　　要：在物流系统中最重要的部分是如何使客户需求与物流企业提供的物品属性相匹配,如何在满足客户需求的同时使企业利益最大化是现代物流企业的急需解决的重要问题。通过分析山西省公路公司煤炭物流信息系统客户需求,对客户需求信息进行分析,利用相似性原理,寻求较佳的解决方案,使客户与物流企业达到双赢。In modern logistics system, the most important part is how to match customers＇ requirement with the attributes of goods which logistics enterprise can provide. The important problem is to maximize the benefit of logistics enterprise while the customer＇s requirement is met. This paper analyzes information of the customer＇s requirement through analyzing requirements of customer using the Shanxi Province highway company coal logistics information system, using the similarity theory, explores better solution to achieve win-win between the customer and the logistics enterprise.
