A Study on the Combustion and Emission Characteristics of a Diesel Engine Fueled with Ethanol-Diesel-Gasoline Blends

摘  要:以汽油为助溶剂配制出均匀稳定的乙醇柴油汽油混合燃料,对比分析了单缸四气门135柴油机燃用不同配比混合燃料时的燃烧与排放特性,同时研究了燃用混合燃料时供油提前角变化和使用HL伞喷油嘴对柴油机性能的影响。结果表明:柴油机燃用适当配比的乙醇柴油汽油混合燃料,动力性、经济性基本保持不变,碳烟和NOx排放显著降低;着火滞燃期延长,缸内平均温度下降,燃烧速率加快,燃烧持续期缩短;当使用HL伞喷油嘴燃用E20G15燃料时,着火滞燃期进一步延长,油气混合速率和混合气均匀度明显提高,在整个工况范围内,气缸压力和缸内平均温度均较低,碳烟和NOx排放同时降低,其燃烧过程具有明显的热预混合燃烧特征。A homogeneous and stable ethanol-diesel-gasoline blend fuel is formulated with gasoline as solublizer. The combustion and emission characteristics of a 135 single-cylinder 4-valve diesel engine with fuels of different blending ratios are comparatively analyzed, and the effect of different fuel supply advance angles and the use of HL nozzle with conical spray on the performance of diesel engine are analyzed. The results show that when using appropriate ratio of ethanol-diesel-gasoline blend fuel, the engine power output and fuel economy remain unchanged while the soot and NOx emissions reduce remarkably; the ignition delay period becomes longer, the average temperature in the cylinder lowers, the combustion rate increases, and the combustion duration shortens. When the engine uses HL nozzle and E20G15 blend fuel (20% vol. of ethanol, 15% vol. of gasoline and 65% vol. of diesel) , the ignition delay period becomes even longer, the fuel-air mixing velocity and homogeneity rise obviously, the pressure and average temperature in the cylinder lower across the whole range of load and both soot and NOx emissions reduce. The combustion process shows obvious characteristic of hot premixed combustion mode.
