摘　　要：在政治学和经济学的研究中,同时存在着各自关于"治理(Governance)"的理论,二者之间既有差异,又有着某种联系,而且都被应用于商会和行业协会的研究之中,并由此产生了一些混淆之处。通过嵌入性(Embeddedness)的视角,重新审视商会和行业协会的治理问题,可将这两类治理转化为组织嵌入的有效性问题,进而提出对商会和行业协会定位的设计思路。Governance theory has been individually applied in both political and economic studies on the issue of chamber of commerce and industry association. On the one hand, the governance in politics differs very much from the one in economics; on the other hand, they do have some subtle relationships. From the perspective of embeddedness, this paper reveals that the above two governances can be integrated by the concept Validity of Embedding Organization, and reconsiders the orientation of chamber of commerce and industry association.
