摘  要:研究了丝光沸石脱铝及金属改性等对合成乙二胺反应性能的影响,通过X荧光和XRD等手段对所得催化剂进行了表征。实验表明,脱铝改性时HCl溶液的最佳浓度为0.2 mol.L-1。Cu和Zn改性可极大的提高催化剂的活性和选择性。改性后,催化剂的骨架结构基本维持不变,Cu和Zn高度分散于催化剂中。Effects of dealumination and metal modification of mordenite catalyst on synthesis of ethylenediamine were studied. The mordenite catalyst was characterized by X-ray fluorescence and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results showed that the optimal HCl concentration was 0.2 mol · L^-1 in dealumination of mordenite. The reaction activity and selectivity of ethylenediamine over mordenite catalyst increased when it was modified by Cu and, Zn. The framework of the catalyst was not changed after the modification as well as Cu and Zn on the catalyst were dispersed highly.
