摘　　要：知识经济时代,网络技术的应用和知识管理的兴起对高校图书馆工作提出了新的挑战,高校图书馆知识服务呈现出集成性、个性化、深层次性和价值递增性等特点,服务手段也超越了时间和空间的限制。图书馆需要通过创新服务观念、整合数据资源、加强软件建设、挖掘数据资源和加大人力资本投入等来强化知识服务运行机制。In knowledge economic age, the springing up of the network technical application and the knowledge management has challenged the work of college libraries. And the knowledge service of libraries has turned to be integrative, individual- ized, deep - leveled and value - increasing. The service methods have also transcended the time and space. The library needs to strengthen the knowledge service operating mechanism by innovating the service conception, conforming the data resources, strengthening software construction, collecting data resource and increasing the investment.
