摘　　要：文章对构建查新服务管理保障体系的主体结构:建立查新行业协会、完善法律法规、严格资质认证、建立全国科技查新项目数据库、建立信誉度质量评价体系、拓宽查新服务领域、走市场化道路、建立客户档案,施行客户关系管理、构建查新工作网站等进行了探讨。This paper discusses the corpus structure of the management guarantee system construction of Retrieval service of New achievements from the follwing aspects ： Build up profession association of Retrieval service of New achievements , perfect law laws and rules , attest the qualification and quality strictly , build up the national item database of Retrieval service of New achievements of science and technology , build up the evaluation system of prestige quantity , open widely the service realm of Retrieval service of New achievements ,transform into the market ,builds up customer＇s file, implementing the customer relation management set up the work website of Retrieval service of New achievements .etc.
