下颌第二磨牙融合根及对称性的影像学调查

摘　　要：目的:统计分析中国人群下颌第二磨牙融合根及其对称性的发生率,为临床进行下颌第二磨牙根管治疗提供解剖依据。方法:3名医生对1088例曲面断层片的双侧下颌第二磨牙牙根按照融合牙根及分开牙根进行诊断,记录牙根的对称性。结果:1088例患者中男性542例,女性546例。男性病例中对称的有464例,非对称的占78例;女性病例中对称的为458例,非对称的有88例,差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。对称性男性病例中179例为融合根,285例为分开根;女性病例中234例为融合根,224例为分开根,牙根融合且对称的病例女性明显多于男性(P<0.01)。在存在融合根的病例中,对称病例为413例(71.3%)。融合根牙数为992颗(45.6%),分开根为1184颗(54.4%)。结论:中国人群中下颌第二磨牙融合根及对称性发生率较高,融合根的对称性发生率女性多于男性。Objective：To determine the incidence rate of fused or bilateral fused roots in mandibular second molars in a random sample of adult human dentition in 1 088 panoramic radiographs,and to provide valuable information for root canal treatment of mandibular second molars.Methods：Three experienced dentists diagnosed the roots of bilateral mandibular second molars of 1 780 patients＇ panoramic radiographs according.Separated roots or fused roots were recorded.Results：According to the selecting criteria,1 088 cases were efficient.542 males and 546 females were examined.There were 922（84.7%） cases with symmetrical roots and 166（15.3%） cases with unsymmetrical roots.464 males and 458 females showed symmetrical roots and 78 males and 88 females showed unsymmetrical roots.There was no significantly difference between females and males（P〉0.05）.In the total symmetrical cases,179 males and 234 females with fused roots and 285 males and 224 females with separated roots were investigated.Females was significantly different from males（P〈0.01）.In 579 patients that harbored fused roots of mandibular second molars,413 cases（71.3%） were symmetrical.In 2 176 mandibular second molars,there were 992（45.6%） teeth with fused roots and 1 184（54.4%） teeth with separated roots.Conclusion：Symmetrical fused roots of mandibular second molars are more prevalent in females than those in males.
