213名暴露后首次接种狂犬病疫苗患者的调查及对策

摘　　要：[目的]了解患者对狂犬病相关知识及防治措施的认知情况,为有针对性进行防治宣教提供依据。[方法]采用问卷调查法,对213名首次来我科接种狂犬病疫苗(Vero细胞)的患者进行狂犬病相关知识的认知情况,预防措施及疫苗使用中的注意事项3个方面进行现场问卷调查。[结果]213名患者中90%以上的患者缺乏对该病的了解,特别是对狂犬病的危害性严重认识不足,不知怎样正确处理和有效预防。[结论]有计划、有目的、有针对性地宣传狂犬病的危害性,提高患者的防治意识,做好对首诊病人及时、正确处置和健康教育,是减少和消灭狂犬病发病的有力措施。[Objective] To study the patients＇ awareness on human rabies, and so as to provide a scientific basis for prevention and control of the disease. [Methods] A questionnaire was carried out among 213 patients who came to the outpatient department for first vaccination against human rabies. Three aspects that awareness on rabies related knowledge, prevention measures, announcements on the usage of vaccine were investigated. [Results] Over 90% of the patients lacked knowledge about human rabies, especially they knew very little about the harmfulness of the disease. They didn＇t know how to deal with and prevent it effectively. [Conclusion] In order to reduce and eliminate human rabies, as medical workers, we should deepen people＇ s understanding of the disease ; we should teach them ways to prevent and control it ; we should make a correct diagnosis and give them a prompt treatment when the patients come to seek medical care for the first time.
