温州市1～7岁儿童生长发育指标的调查

摘　　要：[目的]为了准确地了解温州市1￣7岁儿童的生长发育及营养情况。[方法]收集了温州市不同城区的82所幼儿园的17133例儿童,由专业人员进行严格的身高、体重测量。[结果]与全国九城市(1995年)标准比较:身高方面:男性儿童2岁组,女性儿童18月、2.5岁身高均值高于全国9城市标准。体重方面:男性儿童2.5岁,女性儿童18月、4岁体重均值高于全国九城市标准。与WHO推荐的标准(1997年)比较:身高方面:男性儿童除3岁、4岁组,女性儿童除3.5岁组无差异外,其余均高于WHO推荐的标准。体重方面:男性儿童除3.5岁无差异外,其余均高于WHO推荐的标准。[结论]该市1￣7岁儿童的身高、体重呈快速增长趋势,营养状况处于优质水平。反映了近年来该市1￣7岁儿童体格发育水平和营养水平有了很大提高,而WHO推荐(1997年)的身高和体重标准已难以适应现阶段我国儿童生长发育的评价。[Objective ] To accurately understand the the growth and development and nutrition situation of children aged from 1-7 years old in Wenzhou. [Methods] Collected 17 133 children from 82 kindergartens in different districts of Wenzhou, strictly measured the body heights and body weights by professional staff. [Results] Compared the results with the standard of national nine cities （in 1995） ： body height： the average height of masculine children in 2 years old group, the feminine children in 18 months, 2.5 years old groups was higher than the standards of national nine cities. Body weight： the average weight of masculine children in 2.5 years old group, the feminine children in 18 months, 4 years old groups was higher than the standards of national nine cities. Compared with the standard recommended by WHO （in 1997）： body height： expect 3 the masculine children in 3 years old and 4 years old groups and the feminine children in 3.5 years old group, others＇ body heights were higher than the standard recommended by WHO. Body weight： expect the masculine children in 3.5 years old group, others＇ body weights were higher than the standard recommended by WHO. [Conclusion] The body heights and body weights of children aged from 1-7 years old in Wenzhou increase fast, the nutrition condition is at the high quality level. The results reflect the levels of children＇s physique growth and nutrition situation increase greatly in recent years in Wenzhou City, the standards on body heights and body weights recommended by WHO （in 1997） are hard to fit to the evaluation of children＇s growth and development in China.
