成都市社区居民卫生服务需要及影响因素分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解当前成都市社区居民的健康现状和卫生服务需要,分析其不同特点及其影响因素,为有针对性地开展卫生服务、提高居民的健康水平提供科学依据。[方法]在成都市分层随机抽取社区居民11020人进行面对面访谈。[结果]成都市社区居民的健康状况总体有所改善。人群的两周患病率是6.3%,慢性病患病率是9.6%,较同期有所下降。前5位的主要慢性病依次是高血压、糖尿病、胃肠炎、关节炎及其他运动系统疾病。[结论]应充分重视重点人群的卫生服务需要,有针对性地提供卫生服务。[Objective] To investigate the health situation and health sen＇ice needs of conmaunity residents in Chengdu, and arlalyze its different characteristic and influential factors. The purpose is to give scientific evidences to provide better health sen＇ices and improve residents＇ health level. [ Methods ] Selected a sample of 11 020 residents at random in Chengdu and did a face-to-face interview. [ Results ] The total health situation of residents in Chengdu improved. The prevalence per two weeks was 6.3%, and the prevalence of chronie disease was 9.6%, which were beth lower than before. The first five chronic diseases were hypertension, diabetes, enterogastrtis, arthritis and other locomotor diseases. [Conclusion] We should pay more attention to the needs of older people, women and those who do not have a job or who are divorced when providing health service.
