摘　　要：[目的]探讨本区域院前急救特点。[方法]回顾性分析5534例院前急救患者与年龄、性别、时间(天,周,月)的关系。[结果]本组以青壮年、老年及男性患者为多;车祸工地外伤是本区域院前急救的重点(32.4%),心脑血管病,急腹症是主要病种(20.1%),下班和夜间时段,周(三,日),月(4～6,11～1)是本区域院前急救多发时段;工地外伤(8～12、15～18时;周二),车祸伤打架斗殴,溺水和中毒(12～15、18～23时;周二、三、日;1、2、6～8、11、12月),心脑血管病(5～8时;周三、日;1～3、12月),呼吸系病(周一、日;1～4、11、12月),急腹症(周一、日;6月),胆系病(周一、日;5月),猝死(1、2、12月),糖尿病(2、10、12月),急性扁桃体炎(周一、日),消化道出血(周三;3月)和眩晕(6、8月)等在同时段为多(P﹤0.05～0.01)。糖尿病、打麻将致老年人中风、女性胆道系病人值得重视。[结论]本区域院前急救的重点是车祸外伤、心脑血管、呼吸系病、消化道出血和胆系病。[Objective] To explore the regional characteristics of pre-hospital emergency. [Methods] Retrospectively analyzed the relationships on 5 534 patients＇ first aid materiel, age, sex and time （day, week, month）. [Results] The major patients were youth, aged and male persons. The emphases of pre-hospital emergency in this region （32.4%） were injuries caused by tragic accidents and happened on worksites. Heart and cerebrovascular disease, acute abdomen were major diseases （20.1%）. The time off duty and at night, weekly on Wednesday and weekend, and monthly on 4-6, 11-1 were frequent periods of pre-hospital emergency. Injuries on worksites （8 to12 am. 3 to 5 pm; Tuesday） . injuries caused by traffic accidents and fighting, drowning and intoxation （12 to 3 pro, 6 to 11 pm; Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday; January, February, June to August, November and December）, heart and cerebrovascular disease （5 to 8 am; Wednesday and Sunday; January to March, December）, respiration disease （Monday, Sunday; January to April, November, December）, acute abdomen （ Monday, Sunday ; June） , biliary tract disease （ Monday, Sunday ; May） , sudden death （ January, February and December）, diabetes （February, October and December）, acute tonsil inflammation （Monday, Sunday）, alimentary tract hemorrhage （Wednesday; March） and circumgyration （June, August） frequently happened in the same period （P 〈 0.05-0.01）. Elderly diabetes and stroke due to play mahjong and female biliary tract disease should be paid more attention. [ Conclusion] The emphases of pre-hospital emergency in this region are injuries caused by traffic accidents, heart and cerebrovascular disease, respiratory system disease, diabetes and biliary tract disease.
