摘 要:[目的]了解正常人肠道乳酸杆菌对临床常用抗生素的耐受水平,研究质粒在乳酸杆菌中的存在频率,分析乳酸杆菌质粒与耐药性之间的关系。[方法]用微量肉汤稀释法及K-B纸片法测定正常人肠道乳酸杆菌对抗生素的耐药性;分析细菌的质粒图谱,进行质粒消除实验。[结果]正常人肠道乳酸杆菌对万古霉素的耐受性最强,对环丙沙星和左氟沙星的耐受性次之;对青霉素、氨苄西林完全敏感。40株菌株含有质粒,经消除质粒,乳酸杆菌对庆大霉素、四环素、头孢唑林、头孢呋辛、苯唑西林的耐受率明显降低,分别下降52.50%、50.00%、32.50%、52.50%、30.00%。[结论]正常人肠道乳酸杆菌对临床常用抗生素具有较强的耐受性,所有菌株都含有质粒,据质粒消除实验结果推测,乳酸杆菌质粒可能与其对庆大霉素、四环素、头孢呋辛、头孢唑啉和苯唑西林的耐受性有关。[ Objective ] To investigate the antibiotic resistance of intestinal lactobacillus in healthy human, the existent frequency of the plasmid in lactobacillus, to analyZe the relationship between the plasntid and the antibiotic resistance. [ Methods] Micro broth dilution techniques and K-B method were used to determine the antibiotic resistance of intestinal lactobacillus in healthy human. The plasmid profile of all strains was analyzed. [Results] The antibiotic resistance of human intestinal lacto, bacillus against Ciprofloxacin and Levofloxacin was strong and its resistance to Vancomycin was the strongest: It was absolutely sensitive to penicillin and ampicillin. 40 plasmids-crrying strains became less tolerant of gentamicin, tetracycline, cefazolin, cefuroxime and oxacillin after the elimination of plasimds, and their resistance rate decreased greatly by 52.50%, 50.00% , 32.50%, 52.50%, 30.00% respectively. [ Conclusion] The antibiotic resistance of human intestinal lactobacillus is very strong. All of strains contain plasmids. There might be a correlation between the plasmids and the resistance of strains to gentamycin, tetracycline, Cefazolin, cefazolin, and oxacillin.
