摘 要:[目的]了解正常人肠道肠球菌对临床常用抗生素的耐药水平。[方法]用K-B法(纸片扩散法)测定正常人肠道肠球菌对10种抗生素的敏感性。[结果]正常人肠道肠球菌对头孢唑啉、林可霉素和庆大霉素耐药性最高(100.00%),其次是四环素和红霉素(90.00%),对环丙沙星和利福平呈现一定程度的耐受,对青霉素、氨苄西林和万古霉素则敏感,所有菌株均存在多重耐药性。[结论]正常人肠道肠球菌对临床常用抗生素的耐药水平较高,并存在严重的多重耐药性。[ Objective] To investigate the level of antibiotic resistance of normal human intestin',d Enterococcus.. [ Methods] The level of antibiotic resistance was determined by K-B techniques. [ Results ] The antibiotic resistance of all the strains was strong for tetracycline and erythromycin (90%), but it was the strongest for cefazolin, lincomycin and gentamicin (100%). Most strains were tolerant to ciprofloxacin and rifampicin, but were susceptible to ampieillin, vancomycin and peniciUin. The muhiple resistance (MDR) of the strains was severe. [ Conclusion] The antibiotic resistance and MDR of normal human intestinal Enterococcus strains are severe.
