摘  要:用长链脂肪醇和非离子表面活性剂AEO-5与马来酸酐反应得到马来酸单酯,再和丙烯酸、醋酸乙烯酯进行自由基聚合,制得了系列不同组成的聚合物加脂剂(RF)。研究了聚合物加脂剂中—COOH质量分数、AEO-5质量分数和长链脂肪醇链长对RF乳液电导率、相对黏度、临界聚沉值(Cc.c)和耐酸性能的影响。结果表明,随—COOH质量分数从19.78%增大到24.03%,电导率从1 349 us/cm增大到2 213 us/cm,相对黏度从1.59增至3.85;随AEO-5质量分数从0%增大到15.18%,电导率从1 349 us/cm增大到1 712 us/cm,相对黏度从1.597降至1.22;随长链脂肪醇碳链长从12增大到18,电导率从2 185 us/cm降至1 303 us/cm,相对黏度从1.197增至1.757;Cc.c随—COOH和AEO-5质量分数的增加和长链脂肪醇链长的降低而增加;随—COOH和AEO-5质量分数的增加和长链脂肪醇链长的降低,耐酸稳定性增强。A series of RF polymer fatliquor agents were synthesized with long-chain alcohol/AEO -5 succinate, acrylic acid and vinyl acetate. As carboxyl group content increases from 19.78% to 24.03% ,the conductivity increases from 1 349 us/cm to 2 213 us/cm, and the relative viscosity increases from 1.59 to 3.85. As AEO -5 content increases from 0 to 15.18%, the conductivity increases from 1 349 us/cm to 1 712 us/cm,and the relative viscosity decreases from 1. 597 to 1.22. As chain length of long-chain alcohol increases from 12 to 18, the conductivity decreases from 2 185 us/cm to 1 303 us/cm,and the relative viscosity increases from 1. 197 to 1. 757. The Cc.c increases as carboxyl and AEO -5 contents increase and it decreases as chain length increases. The acid resistibility is enhanced as carboxyl and AEO -5 contents increase and it is also enhanced as chain length decreases.
