摘　　要：本文简要地介绍Modbus通信协议,详细的阐述以PC机作为上位机,Labview 7.1作为上位机软件开发平台的主从式串口通信程序的实现。经过测试,该程序可在基于labview的测控系统中加以实际应用。The paper firstly gives a brief introduction to the modbus communication protocol, then expatiates the realization of Master-Slave serial communication programmer with LabVIEW as the development tool and PC as the super compuer. It is proved that the programmer can be taken into practice in the test and control system based on LabVIEW.
