摘  要:本文采用HNO3和HClO4消解防风样品,利用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定其中铜、锰、锌、铁含量。并探讨微量元素与防风药理作用的关系。结果表明:防风中含有较丰富的Cu、Mn、Zn、Fe元素,并且Fe含量最高。由此推测中药防风药效与这4种元素有密切关系。The sample of Divaricate Saposhniovia Root was digested with HNO3 and HClO4. In the process, the content of such elements as Cu, Mn, Zn, Fe was determined by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry (FAAS). Meanwhile, the relationship between microelements and pharmacologic action was discussed. It was indicated that Divaricate Saposhniovia Root was quite abundant in such elements as Cu, Mn, Zn and Fe, especially in Fe. It is concluded that the pharmacodynamic action of Divaricate Saposhniovia Root is closely related to these four elements.
