摘  要:近年来,房地产业在从卖方市场向买方市场的转变中,谁能更巧妙、更有效地利用媒介活动已成为开发商竞争的关键环节。通过对媒介在房地产营销中的作用、房地产媒介活动几种方式的探析,文章提出房地产推介中的媒介活动注意事项,以期开发商能够更好地利用媒介宣传。In recent years, the real estate has shifted from a seller - oriented market to a buyer - oriented market. With the development of attention economy, who can more delicately, more efficiently, cost - effective utilize media activities has become a key competitive element to the real estate. This essay analyzes role of media in real estate marketing, and several ways of the media activities in real estate marketing in order to put forward several practical advice for that real estate can make better use of media publicity function.
