独立学院师资队伍建设的思考

摘　　要：目前,培养和建立一支具有较高水平,数量合适,结构合理,相对稳定的专任教师队伍已成为独立学院可持续发展的关键。文章分析了当前独立学院师资队伍建设中存在的问题,提出了加强独立学院师资队伍建设的具体措施和建议。Recently, the key point in the sustainable development of Independent College is to establish an appropriate number of teaching staff with relatively high level of teaching skills and reasonable and stable structure. Based on the analysis of the problems existing in construction of teaching staff of Independent College at present, this article proposes the specific measure and suggestion of this process.
