摘 要:依据装备保障中人力设计的原则,确定装备保障所需专业职务类型及技术等级,并使用利用率法确定装备维修保障所需的人员数量。步骤包括:确定全年某维修级别上某专业某技术等级维修人员的总工时,以及确定某修理级别修理人员总数。该方法对装备研制中的保障性设计、确定部队员额编制以及换装部队优化保障人员设计有很好的指导意义。According to the principle of the personnel design of equipment support, the type of professional duty and technical grade were confirmed, and the human quantity in need was ascertained by the use ratio method. The process includes the certainty of the total man-hour of certain profession and technical grade on certain maintain grade, as well as the total human quantity. This method provides an instructional significance to the supportability design in equipment development, the confirmation of personnel weave and optimization of support personnel design in weapon changing unit.
