摘　　要：武器装备发展的战略对军工产品的研制与生产起着重要的牵引作用,借鉴美军武器装备"螺旋式发展"思想,我国军工研制与生产的基本思路应注重以下几点:坚持产品顶层设计的原则;产品科研与生产前瞻性与务实性相结合;瞄准前沿技术,加强科技预研;推进体制改革,引入竞争机制,为军工研制与生产提供不竭动力。The strategy of weapon equipment development is important for developing and manufacturing of military product. Considering the “helix development” of USA army, the key points of national military development and manufacturing include insisting on product top layer design rule; paying attention to product scientific developing, forecasting and practicality; aiming to advanced technologies, strengthening science and technology researching; advancing revolution and competition for the development and manufacturing of military product.
