摘　　要：随着电网调度信息化的发展,电力信息孤岛已越来越成为电网调度工作的信息瓶颈。分析了江西电力调度中心自动化系统现状和这些系统在2008年初冰灾期间所暴露出来的问题,指出了建设江西电网调度综合数据平台的必要性,提出了调度综合数据平台的总体体系架构,并对数据平台的主要功能、关键技术和规范标准等进行了初步探讨。With the development of informationization of power dispatching, isolate islands of power information are becoming the bottleneck of power dispatching. This paper analyzes the present status and the problems exposed in 2008 ice disaster of Jiangxi power dispatching automatic systems, and points out the necessity of establishing the power dispatching data platform. A architecture of the Jiangxi power dispatching data platform is proposed, and some related matter, including the main functions, main techniques and data standards are also discussed.
