摘  要:文章介绍了烟酸的各种合成工艺方法,包括当前工业上生产烟酸常用的氨氧化法和硝酸氧化法。其中主要介绍了对环境友好的用氧气作为氧化剂催化氧化制备烟酸的方法和电化学合成方法。对生物转化法和臭氧氧化法的最新研究成果也作了描述。寻找新型催化剂催化氧气或空气氧化3-MP、MEP制备烟酸,开发无污染的烟酸生产工艺,是绿色化学化工发展的必然要求,具有重要的意义。Synthesis methods of nicotinic acid including ammoxidation of 3-picoline and oxidation by nitric acid which were main methods in nowadays industry, were listed in the paper. Among them, oxidation by oxygen with catalysts and electrochemical oxidation were mainly introduced. Other preparation methods were also simply introduced. Finding new kind of catalyst to get nicotinic acid from oxidation of 3-MP or MEP by oxygen or air, and finding new synthesis route without pollution were requirements of the “green chemistry”, which were very significant.
