摘　　要：从齐齐哈尔市构建生态旅游城市的有利条件和存在问题出发,对构建齐齐哈尔生态旅游城市的可行性作了系统分析,并在此基础上,提出了构建齐齐哈尔生态旅游城市的建议.Based on the review of the current situation of tourism and tour resources in Qiqihar, firstly considered the favorable advantages and existing problems of constructing ecological tour city in Qiqihar and then made a systematic analysis of the accessibility of doing so, finally put forward the suggestions on how to construct ecological tour city in Qiqihar.
