摘 要:目的:对新合成的辛可芬衍生物C478、C479的抗氧化作用进行研究。方法:Fe2+/半胱氨酸和维生素C引起的大鼠肝微粒体脂质过氧化,H2O2及黄嘌呤/黄嘌呤氧化酶引起的红细胞溶血和膜脂质过氧化,ESR法。结果:C478、C479均能明显抑制由Fe2+/半胱氨酸和维生素C引起的肝微粒体脂质过氧化,其IC50分别为4.3μmol/L、4.1μmoL(C478)和7.1μmol/L、4.2μmol/L(C479)。并对红细胞有一定的保护作用,对·OH有一定的清除作用。结论:C478、C479有一定的抗氧化作用。Objective: The study of the anti-oxidative effects of C478.C479 (Cinchophen Dervatives). Methods:Lipid peroxidation of rat liver microsomes itiduced by Fe2+ /cysteine and Vitamin C. Lipid peroxidation and hemolysis of rat erythrocytes caused by H2O2 and Xanthine/Xanthine oxidase. ESR. Results: C478.C479 could effectively inhibit the Fe2+ and VitC-induced lipid pereoxidation of rat liver micamme, IC50 were 4. 3, 4. 1 μmol/L(C4478) and 7. 1, 4. 2 μmol/L(C479 ) respectively. They could protect the rat erythrocytes as well as clear. OH. Conclusion: there are certain anti-oxidative actions in our new conpounds(C4,8, C479 ).
