摘 要:目的:研制一种可提高防龋效果的新型氟片——缓释氟片,并检测了氟的释放特性。方法:采用体外实验以玻瓶法测定其体外释放度,通过测定氟离子浓度计算释放量。结果:该氟片的释放量与时间的平方根是线性关系,符合Hicuchi的释放方程;释放时间维持4h几乎全部的氟都能释放。结论:这种氟片的含氟量安全,全部氟都能释放;有实际应用的可能,但尚需进一步研究。Objective: In order to improve the caries-preventive effect, a new type of the fluoride tablet, the sustained releasing fluoride tablet was developed by the authors. And the fluoride releasing character of the tablet was examined. Methods: The fluoride release of the tablet was examined with in vitro glass bottle method, The releasing amount was calculated by the determined fluoride ion concentration. Results: There is a linear relationship between release amount and the square root of time. The data confirmed the releasing kinetics of Higuchi's equation. Almost all of the fluoride in the tablet could be released. The releasing time lasted for 4 hours. Conclusion: The fluoride amount released by the sustained releasing fluoride tablet is safe.The fluoride in the tablet can be completely released. The practical application of the tablet is possible.However, the further study are still needed.
