摘　　要：以逐步脱离垄断、进入市场运作的中国电力检修企业在发展过程中的组织结构的变革为研究对象,对电力检修企业的组织结构的变革方向进行分析预测,并提出了优化其组织结构的建议.Under the industry, the paper puts background of the continuous development of Chinese electric power emphasis on the enterprise organizational structure of Chinese power plant repair engineering enterprise as the study objective. Taking an advanced enterprise in this field as an example, the organizational structure transformation demands are analyzed, then, the next step of transformation is oredicted and discussed and a concrete scheme is put forward for further research.
