摘　　要：该文介绍了深圳大学特殊采购改革模式的设计及其实施要点。实践证明，此次改革，在探索特殊采购项目的特点，规范采购流程，建立科学、合理而又符合廉政要求的管理方式上，成效显著，在促进学校建设与发展的同时，实现了投资效益的最大化。This paper introduces a new mode and its key point of implementation about the management of special stock in Shenzhen University. It has been proved that the reform is initially successful in researching on the characters of special stock, managing the procedure of bidding, and establishing the ＂scientific, reasonable and uncorrupted＂ management mode, which maximized the investment benefit while promoting both the construction and development of the university.
