摘　　要：管线资产是高校重要的基础设施，是高校赖以生存和发展的“生命线”。该文阐述了高校管线资产的地位和作用，针对高校管线资产管理的现状和存在的主要问题，提出了加强管线资产管理的几点思考，介绍了加强高校管线资产管理的具体实践及应用效果。The pipe net assets is an important basic establishment in campus, which is the ＂lifeline＂ in the survival and development of universities. We set forth the station and effect of this pipe net assets in universities. In allusion to the actuality and the mainly existent problems of this pipe net assets in campus, we bring forward a few ideas. Further, we have introduced how to strengthen the idiographic practice and applied effect of pipe net assets,
