摘  要:针对传统混凝土搅拌工艺中存在的问题,研究了先拌水泥砂浆法、先拌水泥净浆法、水泥裹砂法、水泥裹石法、粗细骨料全造壳法等二次搅拌工艺,测定其3 d,28 d的抗压强度和氯离子扩散系数,并与传统搅拌工艺进行了对比实验。实验结果表明:二次搅拌工艺能够提高混凝土的强度和氯离子抗渗性能,尤其是水泥裹砂法和粗细骨料全造壳法对改善混凝土的强度和氯离子抗渗性能的效果最为显著。To counter the existing problems in the process of traditional cement mixing, secondary mixing techniques, such as pre-mix cement mortar, pre-mix cement paste, sand enveloped with cement paste, coarse aggregate enveloped with cement paste and aggregate enveloped with cement paste, are studied.The strength of compression and diffusing parameters of chloride ion in terms of 3 days and 28 days are measured respectively, and the experimental results have been compared with the results obtained by the traditional mixing process. The results show that the strength of compression and diffusing parameters of chloride ion could be increased by those secondary mixing techniques, among which the sand enveloped with cement paste and aggregate enveloped with cement paste are most effective.
