摘　　要：随着我国港航基础建设的快速发展,水上施工的安全问题也越来越突出。根据港航行业施工的特点,按照国家和行业有关规定和标准,提出港航工程施工危险源辨识的依据和方法,为进一步制定适合政府监管的行业管理办法和适合施工企业管理的行业标准提供依据。In the past few years, China＇s port and waterway construction has developed fast, while the safety issues about it has become increasingly severe. Based on the characteristics of port and waterway construction industry and the relevant provisions of national and industry standards ,the authour comes up with the basis methods of identifying the source of danger during construction,which supplies the reference for making the industrial policy and standards.
