摘 要:通过正交实验研究了Cr12MoV化学镀镍磷镀液组分含量及工艺参数对镀层沉积速度和表面质量的影响,并考察了在最佳工艺参数下获得的涂层的性能.研究表明,获得优良Ni-P合金镀层的最佳工艺参数是:硫酸镍30 g/L,乳酸20 mL/L,醋酸钠25 g/L,pH值为4.7;在最佳工艺条件下可获得由均匀胞状颗粒组成、致密无空隙、与基体结合良好的非晶态镀层.镀层经400℃热处理后,其硬度和耐磨性均显著优于基体.The effect of additive concentration and process parameter on the coating deposition velocity and surface quality in the process of electroless plating Ni-P on Cr12MoV are studied with orthogonal test, and the properties of coating obtained in the optimized parameters are assessed. The results show that the opti- mized parameters for gaining high quality coating are as follows- 30 g/L nickel sulfate, 20 mL/L lactic acid, 25 g/L sodium acetic acid, and PH value equal to 4.7, and the coating obtained in the optimized parameters is an uniform cystiform morphology, dense and porosity-free, good adhesion with substrate and non-crystal structure.The hardness and wear resistance of Ni-P coating are remarkably superior to the substrates when the coating is heat-treated at 400℃.
