Effects on Calmodulin of Wheat Seedlings Exposed to Enhanced Ultraviolet-B Radiation and Irradiated by He-Ne Laser

摘  要:采用5mW.mm-2的He-Ne激光辐照增强UV-B辐射(10.08kJ.m-2.d-1)后的小麦,对小麦叶片中钙调蛋白进行研究.通过葡聚糖凝胶SephdexG-50对小麦钙调蛋白进行纯化,并用SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳对其进行鉴定.结果显示,纯化得到了钙调蛋白,并且He-Ne激光辐照可使UV-B辐射后小麦幼苗叶片中的钙调蛋白含量增加(p>0.05).结果表明,一定剂量的He-Ne激光辐照能够促进小麦钙钙调蛋白的合成,并且可能在一定程度上修复增强UV-B对小麦幼苗钙信号系统的损伤.The seedlings of wheat were exposed to He-Ne laser irradiation after enhanced UV-B radiated, in order to research the calmodulin induced by UV-B radiation. The calmodulin of the processed seedings were purified by SephardexG-50 and assaied by SDS-PAGE. The results showed that the contant of the calmodulin in the wheat seedlings induced by enhanced UV-B radiation can increase (p〉0.05) through He-Ne laser irradiation. The conclusion: He-Ne laser can promote the synthesize of the calmodulin and may have the effect on repairing the damage of the signal of calcium induced in the wheat seedings by the enhanced ultraviolet-B radiation.
