摘　　要：在分析财政绩效评价中环境评价要点与农村交通项目环境影响特点基础上,提出了全面、细致和针对性强的乡村公路交通项目环境绩效评价指标体系;在考虑充分利用乡村公路建设中已有资料确定了简明、快速的指标测算方法,并在省域进行了试验验证。结果表明所提出方法能充分反映乡村公路对环境的影响环节与程度,满足绩效评价要求。By analyzing the main points of environment evaluation in finance achievements evaluation and the environmental effect characteristic of rural transportation project, this paper proposed a comprehensive and detailed indicator system of environment achievements evaluation of rural road transportation project. Considering the intrin- sic material in the rural road construction, it also ascertained a suit of concise and fast indicator survey methods, and carried on the experimental confirmation in the provincial territory. The result indicated that the method proposed can reflect fully the influence link and the degree of the rural road to the environment, satisfying the request of achievements evaluation.
