摘　　要：长期以来,外币清算业务表现出"条块分割"、外币清算的覆盖面狭窄、网络化程度较低等缺陷,系统建设远滞后于实际需求。文章认为应借鉴成功经验,利用相关资源,研发新一代网络化外币清算系统用于实际,从而大幅提高效率、提升水平,适应需求、改变现状。建立新一代网络化外币清算系统旨在体制、机制、方法、技术、手段方面有所突破与创新,以满足实际业务之需。The FX clearing business in China has long been troubled by fragmentation, narrow coverage and low level of networking. The system construction has lagged far behind real demands. According to this paper, successful experience and various resources should be utilized to develop a new-generation system for networked FX clearing, which can greatly improve efficiency and meet market demands. In building the new system, breakthroughs and innovations need to be made in terms of system, mechanism, method, technology and measures, so as to meet the demands in real-world business.
