彩色多普勒能量图对74例不孕症患者子宫动脉血流动力学的研究

摘　　要：本文对74例不孕症患者在妇产科经卵巢功能、输卵管通畅及腹腔镜检查明确诊断后，均于月经后第21天（黄体形成期）进行了彩色多普勒能量图（CDE）和彩色多普勒血流显像（CDFI）检查，并与22名健康生育期妇女作了对比研究，结果显示：（1）不孕症患者左右子宫动脉阻力指数和搏动指数与正常对照组差异有显著性意义（P＜0.01），（2）CDE对子空动脉血流信号的显示较CDFI为优。这表明，黄体形成期子宫动脉血流阻力升高系引起不孕症发生的重要因素。Seventy-four infertility patients were veri ftal by laparoscopy, fallopian tube patency examnation and ovarian function test, followed by color Deppler energy(CDE)and color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) examination to study the blood now dynamics of the left and right uterine arteries at 21th day during the corpus luteum phase. 22 mortnal women for control. The results showed RI and PI in the patients were higher (P＜0.01), CDE is more sensithe than CDF in detecting uterine artery blood now signals. Conclusion: Increased resistance of uterne arterial blood flow in the midluteal phase may be a factor contributing infertility.
