摘　　要：本文在分析了光污染产生的原因和光污染的定义及分类,从对人、生态环境、交通安全和天文观测及能源利用4个方面分析了光污染的危害,最后从城市建设的角度,提出了光污染的防治措施。The reasons of optical pollution generation, definition and classification of optical pollution are analyzed, and the harms of optical pollution are discussed from the four aspects of man, ecological environment, traffic safety, astronomy observation and energy utilization. Finally the measures of prevention and control of optical pollution are put forward from the standpoint of city construction.
