丰城鸡血藤H-103树脂提纯物抗MCF-7和A549的作用

摘　　要：目的评价丰城鸡血藤H-103树脂提纯物体外对人乳腺癌MCF-7细胞株和人肺腺癌A549细胞株抗肿瘤作用。方法采用MTT法检测不同浓度丰城鸡血藤H-103树脂提纯物对人乳腺癌MCF-7细胞株和人肺腺癌A549细胞株生长的影响。结果2mg/ml丰城鸡血藤H-103树脂提纯物作用48h后,对两种肿瘤细胞的最大抑制率都大于50%,并且其抗瘤作用随着时间和剂量的增加而增强。结论丰城鸡血藤H-103树脂提纯物对MCF-7和A549在体外具有显著抑制作用。Objective To evaluate the anti-tumor activity of H-103 resin extracts of Millettla.nitida var.hirsutissiraa Z.wei（H-103REM） to the human breast carcinoma line MCF- 7 and the human lung adenocarcinoma cell line A549 in vitro. Methods MCF-7 and A549 cell strains was affcted by H-103REM in various concentrations, and then the cell growth was assayed by MTT method. Results The MTT assay demonstrated that H-103REM not only displayed against the both test cell lines with the highest inhibitory rate being more than 50% at the concentration of 2mg/ml after 48h later, but also showed cell growth inhibition with various reactive time and concentrations of the extract. Conclusion H-103REM is significantly inhibitive to the MCF-7 and A549 in vitro.
