农杆菌介导的莴笋遗传转化体系的初步研究

摘　　要：为了建立莴笋高效的遗传转化体系,对农杆菌介导的莴笋遗传转化的影响因素进行了研究,结果表明,对莴笋外植体预培养2d,农杆菌菌液OD600值为0.5,侵染5min,共培养2d对莴笋的遗传转化效果较好,初步建立了莴笋遗传转化体系。Effects of some facors on transformation were studied with cotyledon and hypocotyl from lettuce. The facors is time of precultured, time of inoculated, content of Agrobacterium and time of cocultured.The result shows that cotyledon and hypocotyl were precultured for 2 days, inoculate for 5 minutes, OD600=0.5 and coculture for 2 days are adapt for genetic transformation of lettuce.
