摘  要:报道了将药典规定检砷第二法中的导气管硅烷化,把吸收液换为新银盐法的吸收液,从而建立测砷新方法。该法具有准确、灵敏度较高、试剂低毒、无需改变药典规定的装置和分析方法等特点。A new method for the determination of arsenic in drugs has been established.In this method,the delivery tubes of the apparatus for detecting arsenic adapted by Chinese pharmacopoeia(the second method)were silanized and 1% AgNO 3—0 4% polyvinyl alcohol-alcohol(1∶1∶2)mixture was used as the absorbent solution instead of Ag-DDC-CHCl 3 solution.This method is accurate and sensitive.It is not necessary to use poisonous reagents and to change original apparatus and major procedures as described in the pharmacopoeia.
