摘  要:采用上流式厌氧污泥床(UASB)反应器,处理棉浆粕黑液,并辅以聚合氯化铝(PAC),加速反应器快速启动.经过四个多月的UASB快速启动试验,分析对比投加PAC的试验组和未投加PAC的对照组的反应器运行过程和结果,以及厌氧污泥性质和污泥颗粒化过程.试验证明,利用UASB工艺处理棉浆粕黑液是有效的,COD去除率可达52%,BOD5去除率可达85%;为加快UASB启动,添加PAC是可行的.添加PAC的反应系统完成了UASB的污泥颗粒化(第119 d),而未投加的反应器污泥颗粒仍处于形成期(第131 d);添加PAC有助于提高系统对抗外界环境变化的抵抗力,缩短对工况变化所需的适应时间;对微生物活性无不良影响.Two upflow anaerobic sludge bed (UASB) were operated about four months to treat cotton pulp black liquor. One was added polyaluminium chloride (PAC) to speed up granular sludge process, another without adding, It was evaluated for the operational process, test results, characteristics of anaerobic sludge and the forming of granules between the testing group (with PAC) and the blank group (without PAC). The results show that UASB for treating cotton pulp black liquor is effective, and COD and BOD5 removal rates can reach 52% and 85% respectively; adding PAC to speed up granular sludge process is viable, and the system with PAC achieved the sludge granules on the ll9th day,while another without PAC didn't even on the 131st day; adding PAC can increase the system resistibility to operational conditions change; and there is no negative impact on microbes' activities.
