摘 要:采用金相、SEM和TEM等方法对耐热钢ZG1Cr10MoWVNbN进行了组织分析,利用断口分析方法对该材料的断裂特征进行了分析,并对材料的强化机制进行了研究,结果表明:材料的组织为板条状马氏体,该马氏体中含有大量的高密度位错和亚结构,在该组织中弥散分布着碳化物、氮化物以及碳氮化物颗粒状析出物;试样的断口为准解理断口,该材料在具有较高强度的同时也具有一定的韧性;材料的强化机制包括马氏体相强化、固溶强化、碳化物颗粒沉淀强化、氮化物和碳氮化物颗粒沉淀强化。The microstructures of the heat resistant steel ZG1Cr10MoWVNbN were analyzed by means of metallography, SEM and TEM. The fracture characteristics were studied using the method of fracture analysis. The strengthening mechanisms were also studied. The results show that the micro-structure of the steel consists of lath shape martensite, which contains a great number of high density dislocations and substructures, that in the microstructure, the carbides, nitrides and carbonitrides dis- tributes dispersively. They also show that the fractures of the specimen are quasi-cleavage ones, and the materials posses not only higher strength, but also higher toughness; that the strengthening mechanism includes martensite strengthening, solution strengthening, carbide strengthening, nitride strengthening and carbonitride strengthening.
