额眉提紧联合眼睑整形术的临床研究

摘　　要：额眉眼之间存在着一定的美学比例关系。由于额部肌肉及面部表情肌的活动作用，在中年以后，额部出现皱纹、眉下垂、眼睑皮肤松弛，眉眼间距变窄。面部呈现老化状态。额眉提紧联合眼睑整形术，其伤口隐蔽，能舒平额部皱纹，矫正眉下垂，协调额眉眼之间的比例关系，突出眼部神态，美化面容。笔者对５９例患者施行了额眉提紧联合眼睑整形术，取得了较好的美容效果。本文从美学方面对联合手术的优点及单纯手术的不足进行了讨论。There exists certain aesthetic ratio relations among forehead-brow and eye. Because of the action of the forehead muscles and expressing muscles, wrinkly forehead, brow prosis and eyelid blepharochalasis yradually appear in middle age. The distance between brow and eye becomes narrow and the face appears aging state. Froehead-brow lift and blepharoplasty combining operation with concealed incision can unfold forehead wrinkles, correct brow ptosis, coordinate the ratio relations of forehead-brow and eye, stress the expression of eyes, and beautify face. We have performed forehead-brow lift and blepharoplasty combining operation on patients with good aesthetic effects. The advantage of combining operation and the drawbaoks of single operation were discussed mainly from thd aesthetic respect.
