摘　　要：对柴油机齿轮室生产工艺进行了详细的分析,阐述了提升齿轮室生产线加工能力改造方案的基本原则及总体设想,并结合实际的改进措施,介绍如何快速提升多型号产品生产能力的方式、方法。通过实际的生产验证,不仅满足生产的需要,而且效率也得到了提高。A detail analysis of manufacturing process for diesel engine gear housing and the basic principle and general plan for improving the process to promote capacity of the production line for gear housing based on that analysis are presented. The method to make a quick improvement of production capacity for a product with many varieties is explained by that example. The later production verification shows such improvement not only meets production need, but achieves higher efficiency as well.
