两种番茄内生真菌生理特性的研究

摘　　要：采用接种法,对两种番茄内生真菌菌株镰孢菌（Fusarium sp.）zj1和褐孢霉菌（Fulvia sp.）zj3在不同培养基、温度、pH、碳源等条件下进行了生理试验研究。结果表明：温度对两种菌株的生长都具有明显的影响;pH为8～10时,菌株镰孢菌生长良好,菌株褐孢霉在pH大于6时生长良好;两种菌株均以麦芽糖为最好碳源。Use the method of inoculation,physiological charactevistics of two endophytes Zj1 and Zj3 isolated from tomato are studied in this paper with the different culture medium,temperature,pH as well as the carbon sources.The result shows that the temperature has a significant effect on the growth of Zj1 and Zj3.The endophytes Zj1 grew well when the pH between 8 and 10 while the best pH to endophytes Zj3 was above 6.The major carbon sources to both of the two endophytes is maltose.
