摘 要:以三年生华北落叶松苗为材料,用铜锌处理,对其体内超氧化物歧化酶活性年变化进行了分析探讨,用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对其体内超氧化物歧化酶同工酶进行了分析,结果表明:树液流动期SOD酶活性最高,随气温的回升其活性逐渐降低。SOD酶与三年生华北落叶松苗木抗逆性密切相关,苗木经铜锌互作后SOD酶活性明显高于对照,锌通过间接作用促进铜对SOD酶的作用,从而提高铜锌互作效应。单独用锌处理在叶组织可以合成新的SOD同工酶蛋白,铜锌元素还可以增加原有同工酶的活性。In this paper,seedlings of three-year old Health Larch were with Cu,Zn to investigate superoxide dismutase activity in vivo treatment,polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis was used for their intimate superoxide dismutase isoenzyme analysis.Results showed: SOD activity maximum occured over the period of sap flow,and the activity gradually decreased as temperature fell.SOD in the three-year Health Larch seedling is closely related to resistance.The Cu-Zn treatment enhanced SOD activity,interaction between zinc and copper promoted the role of SOD.Zinc can stimulate the synthesis of new SOD protoin in a leaf tissue;isozymes of copper and zinc can also increase the activity of the original SOD.
