摘 要:针对平榛种子发芽困难的问题,层积天数用0 d、30 d和60 d三个水平,赤霉素的浓度采用0 mg.kg-1、80 mg.kg-1和120 mg.kg-1三个水平,两因素组合共9个处理,重复三次,对平榛种子进行层积催芽试验。试验结果表明:采用层积可以有效破除种子的休眠,出苗率和苗高以层积60 d与赤霉素80 mg.kg-1的处理为最好;层积处理的催芽效果优于赤霉素的处理;采用层积与赤霉素相结合处理种子,比单独采用赤霉素处理更有利于平榛种子的发芽和苗木生长。In view of the difficulties in Corylus heterophylla Fisch seeds germination,nine treatments that included two factors,stratification and gibberellin concentration,in which 0 d,30 d,60 d stratification days and 0 mg·kg^-1,80 mg·kg^-1,120 mg·kg^-1 kinds of gibberellin concentrations were used to study on Corylus heterophylla Fisch seeds' stratification and hastening germination.The results showed that stratification could get rid of the seeds' dormancy,and the treatments with 60 d stratification and 80 mg·kg^-1 gibberellin concentration showed the best effect on seedling emergence and height.Stratification was better than gibbevellin on seedling emergence.The combination of stratification and gibberellin application could get more effective result than only use gibberellin in promoting Corylus heterophylla Fisch seeds' germination and the seedlings' growth.
