不同套袋类型对富士苹果果实生长效应的研究

摘　　要：试验对富士苹果果实进行五种套袋处理:膜袋、纸袋、纸+膜袋、双套袋和对照,分析不同套袋处理的效应,试验结果表明:1.果实生长量:套膜袋果实前期高,中期低,后期又升高;套纸袋果实前期生长同膜袋,脱袋后生长量迅速增加,高于膜袋果和CK;双套袋果实,从套膜袋至套纸袋前,果实生长略高于CK,中期生长和CK相近,后期(脱纸袋后),生长量明显高于CK;纸+膜袋果实与纸袋果实生长基本一致。2.双套袋果实颜色鲜红,蜡粉厚,无尘。优质果率是双套袋果>膜袋果>纸袋果>CK。果形指数以膜袋果最高,CK最低。双套袋果的可溶性固形物含量为15.2%,高于纸袋果,低于膜袋果和CK,但均已达到优质红富士果实性状标准。综合各项指标表明:双套袋果在所有处理中为最佳处理。Fuji apple fruits have been treated with five bagging ways in this test： the film bag,paper bag,paper and film bag,double-bagged and control,and the fruit growth indices were analyzed during its growing period.The results were as follows： 1.In the growth amounts,fruits with film bag experienced fast-low-fast trend;fruits with paper bag was fast in the late period;Double-bagged fruits,from using film bag to paper bag,fruits growth a little faster than CK in average,in middle period was close to CK,later period（take off the paper bag） it was obvious faster than CK.The growth of paper and film bagged fruits and paper bagged fruits were basically consistent.2.Tinting performance： double-bagged fruits are optimum,its color was scarlet and with thick wax powder,and there was no dust on its appearance.In quality fruits rate,high grade from the first double-bagged fruits,following the film bagged fruits、paper bagged fruits to the last the CK fruits.In the fruit shape experiment,the fruit with film bag was the best and the CK was the wout.Solubility contents of the double-bagged fruits was 15.2 %,higher than paper bagged fruits,and lower than film bagged fruits and the CK,however that already reached high standard of Fuji fruits.It suggested that double-bagged fruits were the best as expected in all processing equal conditions.
